I didn't vote because that is probably the dumbest thing i have seen on here and trust me there is quite a contest! I sometimes think you're rude-like i remember you asking someone if they ever did research before posting questions. Sometimes I laugh at your posts and think hey I could be friends with this chick. i am sort of a tell it like i see it sort of person too. However, since I don't know you AT ALL I would not pass judgement on you like that. Just your posts.

There was no choice for "no opinion" by the way. There was an "undecided" but that isnt accurate b/c I have never thought HollaGirl stood out in a rude or different way. (well except for the cute UFO guy)

I will admit you totally make me laugh, when I get home from a really F-N stress day like today which my boss called me into the office and had a little chat with me"no writeup" just discussing my work and how i am doing it all wrong. I come home and see this Ridiculous Thread that was made about you was Really unnessary because I am one of the people who DO like ya.

You know, you're right, and I'm finally going to post.

Kristen, I do think you can be very funny at times, but I also think that you can be very rude and obnoxious, and that your humor is often at the expense of others, which to me is unacceptable. Other people may appreciate that kind of humor, but I don't, and it's not characteristic of the people who I am usually friends with in "real life." Unlike you, I'd rather be "boring" and spare someone's feelings.

That said, I do agree that you do not need to justify your personality to anyone nor should you be different on the boards than you are in real life. There are people who are going to like you and people who aren't. I happen to be one of the ones who does not like you, based purely on my impressions of you from your posts on the boards. Maybe if I got to know you "in real life" I would feel differently, maybe not. I usually choose to ignore you when I disagree with you, because like you, I am the same on the boards as I am in my real life. When I encounter someone I don't like, I try to have as little to do with him or her as possible. I don't feel the need to confront the person or make my dislike known because I may have to deal with the person on a daily basis, or because my dislike for them simply may not matter, as I'm sure it doesn't matter to you. There are people in life and on the boards who I don't like or with whom I generally disagree, and I'd rather peacefully coexist with than confront them. Whether it's b/c I'm "chicken" or b/c I don't like conflict, that's just the way I am. But, since you wanted to hear from one of those who voted that they thought you were rude, I figured it was time for me to speak up.

Whew, now that that's out in the open, maybe I will start outwardly disagreeing with you more often!

I didn't vote on the other thread and I am not chicken, I just don't normally invest that kind of energy on a chat board. I don't get why someone would post a poll about someone else's personal qualities, but that is a whole other topic.

Since you are looking for honesty, I will say this - at times I do find you funny, but I do think some of your posts are offensive and some obnoxious. As Jax said, I don't know you in real life, so perhaps you come across differently over the internet. Often when I have read your later posts on a thread, you seem surprised that people react the way they do and I am not sure why. I think you would have to be naive or not too bright to think people wouldn't react. Since you strike me as neither, I wonder if you enjoy getting a reaction from people, or you just don't put a lot of thought into what you are saying sometimes.

I voted funny, mainly because I wanted to see the poll results. I had no idea that this was your new name.

Now, I don't know how I would have voted just kidding..

I would have never voted negatively though, only if a person actually starts a poll about THEMSELVES..giving someone unsolicited feedback is rude.

I can respect someone who can come out and say WHAT they think, instead of just voting on a poll and saying I am rude. And I appreciate your honesty, and understand you do not like conflict.

There are plenty of other here who do some of the things you mentioned, I just happened to be the one called out on it.

We can agree to disagree, it's fine.

I have a love me, or hate me personality. That is the way it has always been. People see what goes on on the board, but not my FM's. Whenever I feel I have hurt someones feelings, or made them feel bad, I have always apologized.

I didn't anwer the poll on the other thread. I don't usually answer drama threads and I don't "know" you, Kristen, at all. Do I find you obnoxious or offensive? I think I find you how you would like to be viewed, as pretty funny, quick-witted and very confrontational (but is that not your modus-operandi?).

You seem to be a supportive friend and a good person behind it all... so I'm not going to judge...

ETA: When I don't like something you posted, I'll say something... which I did today.

ETA 2: I posted something like this awhile back, people were saying :oh everyone thinks you're this and everyone thinks that", and I posted saying if you have something to say about me, say it. And people did not come out from the shadows.

I was involved in the original drama, but not the subsequent post, but I'll answer.

I don't know you, I can't remember having paid any attention to your posts in the past - but I found your comments on the Place that you Hate thread racist and offensive - and I called it like I saw it.

I pretty much agree with everything that Jax said, but I'd just like to add that the ability to make fun of yourself is not a license to make fun of others.
