You'd THINK that staying in bed all day on V-Day would be ideal...
...but not when you've been quarantined. Yup. DH has me in bed with instructions not to leave unless I have to go to the bathroom. I'm sick as a dog - worse than yesterday.
Abby is in the same boat. She was up at 4am and inconsolable. She had been having a cold and then she stopped being able to keep things down though she is not running a fever. She was at the doc yesterday, DH called again this morning and right now my petite lil miss is sleeping. I think it has to run its course on the both of us. Its not the first time we've been sick together but I really shouldn't be holding her or getting too close. Talk about helplessness!
DH really stepped up and is taking care of the both of us. I'm pretty damn lucky to have him. I also don't think that we will be able to go out for our V-Day/anniversary dinner tomorrow night at Peter Luger. I'm bummin.
