Reinwalds Bakery in Bellerose. Started when I was 15, and I couldn't slice bread for a whole year. I was there 3 years. I think I started at around $4/hr. If that...

Re: Your 1st Job....
First job ever?
We did chores for $2/a week with 5 cent deductions for hitting your sister. Feed the dog, set the table, clear the table, fold laundry, bring laundry in, take out the garbage. My parents were running a child slave labor factory.
First willing job -Sorting nails & screws for my dad while he worked on the boat.
First job outside family, Newsday paper girl

Same here... I think my mom only had me so she can have a cheap maid. I did pretty much all the cleaning in the house.
