chili,
brown 1 1/2 lbs beef in frying pan, then add to crock pot. Add one onion chopped, one green pepper , chopped, a 16 oz canned kidney beans, chili mix and one can diced tomatoes i think its 12 oz, and two small 4 oz cans of tomato sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours and serve over rice with sour cream and shredded cheddar.

BBQ Ribs- 3 lbs of either bbq ribs or country style ribs and one jar of your favorite bbq sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours and serve over rice.

Beef pot roast-

season a rump roast with salt and pepper on both sides. Sear in 2 tblsp olive oil on both sides in a deep pot. Transfer to a crockpot.
Add sliced carrots, a quartered onion, a few quartered potatoes. Add beef broth about one can and one large can i think 12 oz. of tomato sauce. cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4

Pork and saurkraut-

boneless pork cops about 6.
one bag of saurkraut-
dark brown sugar

place pork chops on bottom of crockpot -
on top of that add saurkraut with juce. Sprinkle brown sugar over the saurkraut.
cook on low for 8 hours , if it seems to be getting dry which it shouldnt with the juice from the saurkraut you can add half a can of chicken broth.

cocktail meatballs-
store bought preferably costco meatballs about 2 lbs
one can of chili sauce
one jar of grape jelly
mix chili sauce and grape jelly and pour over meatballs
serve with toothpicks for a great appetizer
i usually make this on new years eve

wings with hot sauce
throw a bag of frozen chicken wings in crockpot. add hot sauce and bbq sauce.
let cook for 8 hours on low and serve with blue cheese.

theres more but i cant think right now ( tired) when i have more i will send them to your or post

I LOVE my crockpot, i use it about 2 -3 x per week.
You could also make your sauce in the crockpot!

This is amazing...

Salsa Chicken

1 lb. boneless chicken breast
1-2 cans reduced fat/fat free Cream of Mushroom soup
1 jar salsa
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can diced spicy tomatoes (Rotel)
2 chopped chipotle in adobo or 1/2 jar spicy green chilies

Layer chicken in the bottom of the crockpot and combine and mix thoroughly all remanining ingredients. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve with Mexican rice or refried beans. If the liquid isn't too thin, you could use as filling for a tortilla.

Chicken Aussie

1 lb. boneless chicken breast
1 large onion, sliced or quartered
2 cans beer (any kind)
1 can pineapple rings or chunks, with juice

Layer chicken and combine rest of ingredients. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve with rice or noodles.

Sweet Pineapple Meatballs

1 bag frozen meatballs
1 large can pineapple chunks
2 cups pepper slices
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup water

Combine all ingredients and cook high 4-6 hours. Serve with rice.

Pork chops with Apples and Onions

4 Pork chops, 1/2 bottle of dark beer, 1/2 bottle of stubbs pork marinade, 4 TBS of Honey, 2 Large onions sliced 2 Large apples sliced.

Add Onions and Apple slices - place meat on top.
Whisk the honey,marinade beer mixture together and pour over meat and vegtables. Cook for 4 hours.

Serve with Periogies. Yum.
