What's your favorite inspirational quote? Your mantra? Etc. I love reading them. :)

Below are a few of mine.

We either make ourselves miserable or make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same. - unsure of origin

I LOVE quotes, I have so many favorites. These are a few.

one that helped me during my weight loss journey was "what you eat in private is what you show in public". It really helped me think twice about what I was eating and helped me make healthier food choices.
