Your first appointment
How far along were you and did you get a sono, hear the heartbeat, etc.? Thanks!

I was 6 weeks. I did not have a sono so no heartbeat until my next appointment 4 weeks later. They did blood and urine tests and an internal exam. Then the doctor had us come into his office (like he does after every visit- before and after the pregnancy) and we discussed any questions I had, etc...

My first appt was at 5 weeks - it was a consult and an exam, they took blood and stuff like that.
I went for my first sonogram at 6 weeks, saw the heartbeat (did not hear it)
I went for my next sonogram at 8 weeks, saw and heard the heartbeat.

My first doctors appointment I was 6 weeks (didn't see the heartbeat)
2nd appointment was at 7 weeks (saw the heartbeat)
3rd appointment will be 11/11. I can't wait to hear the heartbeat.

Im now 7 weeks, and I graduted from my RE, and go back to my gyno.
I still have to go back to my RE for blood, because they are going to wean me off my meds
yes, I do have lots of pics. I want to make a scrapbook. Am I crazy??

You are not crazy - I said the same thing to my DH the other night. Especially when I know that I have to go for at least 2 more sonograms by the end of my 1st trimester.
