Your Most Famous Cookie recipe.....

Every year I bake cookies religoiusly for Xmas like many of us do. What cookie recipe do you make EVERY year that is a must have??? I make my 7 layer cookies (neopoliitan)every year only on Xmas. I also make lemon cookies, Xmas butter cookies and raspberry coconut thumbprint cookies.

Or is there also another dessert that is a must make every year? I am always looking for new ideas..........

--soft chocolate chip
--Amazing Peanut butter
--Peanut butter surprise
--Awesome raisin oatmeal
--Just like Peanut butter cups

I always make Peanut Blossoms- they are basic pb cookies, but they don't get flattened with a fork. Instead, when they come out, I put a frozen Kiss or mini Reese's into the center and squash it a little. Then they go into the fridge so that the chocolate doesn't get all melty.

I also had a craving over Thanksgiving for raspberry bars, and I am going to make them again for Christmas.
