YouTube workout that I highly recommend
Zuzana light.
My coworker recommended this to me and it's awesome. Her workouts are tough but quick (30 min or so).
I just thought I'd pass along the info. HTH anyone.

She is from Bodyrock right? My sister rec her & does her work outs. intense but good in a short about of time. I wld love to get one of those timers that beep when its time to do next exercise..

I don't think she is with bodyrock anymore. That's why she has her own youtube channel now.
This the timer that the bodyrockers use/recommend. I have it and I love it
