Yuck!
I got a sandwich for the deli I ALWAYS go to today.. they gave me what must be AT LEAST day old bread!! Its so hard and stale!! YUCK! There goes my lunch

Yup I did and they gave me a new sandwich without a problem. He swears the bread was fresh from this morning but it was hard as a rock. I could have chipped a tooth
