Yummy, Healthy, Salad Ideas?????
Hi everyone! I'm a newbie doing WW and I need some healthy & tasty ideas.
Can you all tell me what ingredients make up your perfect healthy salad?
I'm in need of a change!

1) pear and blue cheese salad with balsamic vinegar and EVOO = 4 points.
2) Grilled vegetable salad with Annie's Organic Goddess dressing = 4 points
3) No mayo potato salad with asparagus, dill, mustard and lemon juice and EVOO = 4 points.
HTH If you want the recipes, just let me know. I made them up and plugged them into WW online to get the points for it.
