Yummy salad
I just peel and slice up cucumbers and marinate in seasoned rice vinegar with some dill.
So, so good!!!

I had that at a party yesterday except the cucumbers were then placed on those small little breads with a little light mayo with dill.
Scrumptious!
Oh crap, now I realized I didn't add it to my tracker.

I'll have to try it. I usually just cut up cucs add a bit of kosher salt and real lemon juice and delicious.
