zantac users
If you take zantac, how often do you take it? I try not to over do it but my heartburn is so bad & it's the only thing that works for me.

ugh i have been battling the same thing. I am trying not to take it every day. I was RELYING on tums though, and that's why i caved and got Zantac (hoping it would be better). I am trying to only take it when i need it. So hopefully not every day.
so far I have taken it three out of five days though
I guess that's a step up from taking multiple tums in one day.

You can take Zantac 150 up to 3x a day.
