Re: zero percent balance transfer credit card
Citibank has a few with no fee. They have a Visa with Thank You Network. They also have a CitiProfessional.

Chase is good... we did a few transfer balances with them with 0% and I finally paid my debt off. Of course we have other debt we're working on, but usually use Chase

you can also check bankrate.com. They have a whole CC section and you can choose what you'd like a card to have ()5, low APR, etc. . .).

Chase used to be good but they have pretty much eliminated capped 0% balance transfer offers for new cards. They now charge a standard 3% BT fee on almost all their 0% cards.

I thought that 3% was a standard fee that all the banks were charging now? I haven't been able to find a free balance transfer at 0% for a while now.
