This is unbelievable. If this asshole had just stayed in his car like the police said, Trayvon would still be alive. It's so disgusting. I think this will set a terrible precedent regarding the Stand Your Ground law.

He was a man who looked white. Whether he was Hispanic or not. I def think it was about race because if a lighter kid was walking in the street, this may not have been an issue. But trayvon was a dark kid in a hoodie.

Yup, especially since there was a home invasion in their gated neighborhood just a couple of weeks prior to this.
Just curious, did you watch the facts and evidence presented in the case?

And there is a ton of racism in the Hispanic culture. The more "white" you are the better it is perceived. And I say this as I am a white woman who is married to a Hispanic man.

If Zimmerman were white he would have been found guilty. Since he is not white and race was never a factor in this trial, it went by the letter of the law and the evidence, which was self defense in that moment.

Last I checked, there are Hispanics who are racist against black people. Racism isn't just a white thing.
