Waze App - volume?
The volume on my Waze app is suddenly much lower than it ever used to be - so that it's almost impossible to hear. I've gone into all the phone settings and settings on the app, but haven't been able to raise the volume. Any ideas on how to fix this?

If you start a new address search in waze, there is a symbol in the top left corner that looks like a gear. Tap on that and it should open up the settings. From there, select the 'voice & sound' option and see if the sound turned all the way up.

Thanks - I've tried that. It is
I wonder what it could be. I don't see any other settings that would help with that. When I can't get an app to work right, I usually check to see if it needs updating. If it doesn't need an update, then I just uninstall it and reinstall it. It works most of the time.

I find I can only raise the volume at the exact time when Waze is giving a direction “verbally;” otherwise, raising the volume only raises my phone’s volume, but not the Waze app. Does that make any sense?? Lol!

That happens to me every once in a while too, always at most inopportune times! I never figured out how to fix it, it always fixes itself eventually and honestly I never too the time to look into it!

Thanks. Tried this last night (as a passenger)but that didn’t work either. It’s so frustrating
