there's a pretty good christmas cookie recipe thread out there that's very recent. check that out. some good ideas there.
when baking christmas cookies (which i give to the neighbors), i try to make it as easy as possible. i have fallen in love with cookies from cake mixes. so easy and it allows you to make all sorts of different kinds without going too crazy. i posted a link to the basic recipe and to a lot of different flavor combinations.
have fun!!
i'm starting my christmas baking/cooking tonight. i'll prep a bit and pop it in the freezer and then bake like a mad woman on the weekend.
