Please keep on this board.
I’ve had a few different estimates and they’re all over the place. Anywhere between 22,000- 35,000 for siding and trim. No windows or roof.
I’m interested in the wider vinyl. Shake would not work with my modern house.
Does anyone have a company that you used and loved? Bonus if it is the same style I’m looking for. We’re thinking a gray- blue at this point.
Would love pics too.

Not enormous!!! 2300 square feet. Apparently the fact that I want the wider makes it more expensive.

I am curious how low other people have paid. We just paid 19K for siding and gutters on my moms extended cape. It was the 6in gray/blue vinyl siding with white trim. We got 4 estimates and this was this was the lowest but was also with a very reputable LI company.

I have only gotten one quote so far, from Unified. For siding entire house, new garage door, two new bay windows, stacked stone on the front porch wall and replacement columns on top of the stacked stone wall, the total was just under $24K

Can you please share the name of the company?
We used king quality.
I put a pic in my album, for reference the gutters are being done today and we did not replace the roof. There is a full extension on the back of the house, but I'm still thinking the price was a bit high

Last roof was the spring of 2018, half their came off in the last winter storm.

Yes, I'm pretty sure I won't get a lower quote. I just got the second quote today - slightly different work (I have a brick half wall at the front of my front porch - the first quote was to cover it in stacked stone, the second quote was to remove it completely and put in 4 columns). The second quote is about $26K - still not bad for all that work
