Cruel Summer
I started watching this and it’s great. Takes place in the 90s and this sort of nerdy girl takes over a popular missing girl’s life, takes her boyfriend, friends... and then the popular girl comes back.
Anyone else check it out? It’s a crime/mystery sort. It’s on FreeForm.

I'm loving the 90's vibe (fake Contempo casual shopping bags & video stores), but I spied current Ikea furniture up in some scenes.
I'm also hooked and want to know what the deal is. she was obviously there, but why does the other chic think she knew she was there.

I finished it last night. I liked the final scene, but I don't like how they made everyone "likeable" at the end - especially Mel. She was such a bully the whole time, and she got a pass.
