Slow Cooker Pot Roast. I made this like 2 weeks ago and LOVED it so I’m making again today.
Anyway you can tell me the meat cut you used? I don’t need the American cut, but rather the part of the cow you used. I just usually bring a diagram to the butcher since the meat is cut differently here.
Def chuck roast. It’s the perfect type of cut for this dish. By the end of the cooking time, the meat will fall apart cause it’s so tender and juicy. I believe this cut comes from the shoulder of the cow. I hope this article helps.
