best product to cleat up preteen acne
My 12 year old son has a huge pimple on his nose and it's obviously not clearing up bc he has the mask right on it.
I switched him to Cetaphil face wash recently since he's getting older and it's better for skin and used rubbing alcohol to just spot treat this one.
Any good products to recommend? He only has the one. Last time he had a pimple over the summer it went away fairly fast bc he wasn't wearing a mask as much.

What about pimple patches? I have never used but when I was looking into korean beauty products a lot of influencers raved about pimple patches. Say they work over night.

I actually saw the proactive system in Target over the weekend. That's what I used when I was younger and I loved it. It is a few steps though and Im not sure how diligent a young man would be. I have to hound my son to put on deodorant.

My dermatologist had me buy the neutrogena acne product with salacylic acid for teen acne for child. Very late teens, we had to use a prescription, but Neutrogena worked well for awhjile.

Look up NuDerma devices on Amazon. Also light therapy is very safe and helpful.

My 13 year old daughter uses Avarelle Acne Pimple Patches (Tea Tree Oil, Calendula Oil and Cica, Certified Vegan, Cruelty Free) I order them from Amazon and she says they work great. She likes them because she can wear them over night and sees a difference in the morning.

My teen daughter also likes to the pimple patches and has found they do work fairly quickly.

Thanks all! So the rubbing alcohol actually worked. I just dabbed a cotton ball on his nose morning and night and it's gone after 2 days. Shrunk fast.
Definitely will keep the others in mind if it gets worse.
