i need help finding the proper words for an email.

i am about to scold a department for using our conference room and leaving it a disaster.

i have pictures.

i want to tell them all to bleep bleep bleep, but that will get me fired.

throw me some work-safe terminology i can use that will get the point across without making me look like a karen
