Has anyone shopped for a HELOC lately?
We want to do some renovations and are going to take out a HELOC. I was trying to cut the line and ride off on someone else's research.  Anyone find a place with good incentives and decent fees?

Not very recent but we did it around May 2021 but the best deal we found was with Jovia. We got 1.79% for the first 12 months and then prime after that. All other banks were starting off with prime for a year and then prime plus a percentage after that. So you might want to check them out.
