Growing long hair..
I have medium length hair - between my shoulders and bra strap. I just got it trimmed and the hair dresser said everything left is healthy.
I would like to grow my hair longer - hence the trim. Anyone have any advice? I’ve had longer hair before - to my bra strap but that was when I didn’t go for haircuts every 10-12 weeks. The ends always looked like they needed to be cut then so I hoping regular trims eliminate that look.

I haven’t had my hair cut in probably at least a year. I have to get my roots done once a month so my hair has been growing fast.
I would say my hair is damaged though from dying my hair for so many years.

Mine is no where as long as I want it and honesty it probably should be longer but the dyes probably do that.

Growing long hair..
My daughter's friend has a TikTok account on hair. She has gorgeous long hair to her waist and only gets it cut twice a year, and she gives great tips and advice on how to keep it shiny and healthy. Her account there is @pattygaffxoxo , you should check it out.
