Hi ladies.. I have a question....
I am new to all the different terms used in ttc and infertility. I just wanted to know what the difference between IVf and IUI was.

An IUI is an intra uterine insemination. Washed sperm is inserted into the uterus through a catheter.
IVF is In Vitro Fertilization. The womans eggs are retrieved and then placed in a petri dish with the sperm to fertilize. Then, the embryo(s) are transferred back into the womans uterus in hopes that it or they will implant.
