Sorry if TMI but do you count the first day of your cycle as first day of "real" bleeding or the day it begins even if its more "just spotting?" Sorry if TMI

I beleive the 1st day of real bleeding. I dont spot...AF was just there for me!

Spotting right before your period is considered the last day of your cycle. The first day you have "real" period is considered day 1 of your cycle. HTH
