trendy v. classic

who are you?

trendy, classic, more trendy with some classic pieces, more classic with some trendy pieces.

does what's "in" matter more than wha might actually look good on you (ie. skinny jeans)

Re: trendy v. classic

Definitely classic with trendy pieces (usually accessories or some cute tops). I'd rather spend more money on pieces that will last a few seasons than cheapie stuff to stay "in". I like to follow my own style.

Re: trendy v. classic

I am classic with trendy pieces.

It does matter to me what looks good on me. I do not buy clothing because it is in but rather because it is flattering on me.

ETA: IMO fashion to me is not what's in but how well you wear it.

Mostly classic with the occasional trendy thing. Usually not a trend follower. Too many happen too fast for me to keep up.

Mostly classic. I don't generally follow trends, and once a new trend starts growing on me, it often isn't until it's on its way out.
