I would measure it by weight. pastina is smaller, therefore you get more in a cup than regular ziti or other pasta.

I found this on a chart on Barilla's website:
Pastina 2 oz dry=1/3 cup dry
2 oz or 1/3 cup dry =1-1/4 cups cooked
Here is the nutrition information for one serving:
