Excercises for your butt?

Which ones will firm up the hiney? Mines lookin a tad flat from sitting on my azz all day long.

full squats
5 sets of 5-6 reps with a bar.
Do these 2x per week.

go as far to the floor as possible while still keeping your shoulders and chest upright and your heels on the floor. Keep your back straight or concave.

start out light for the first time. the following week, add more weight so you cannot do more than 5-6 reps per set.

walking walking walking, i do the treadmil for 45 minutes a day and my booty and thights r getting sooo firm...almost too much cause now my pants barely button lol..the booty is poppin lol

Completely agree with this! I had NO butt...until I started doing a fitness program that included a LOT of squats.

Definitely squats and lunges too. Also stepping up on a bench - put your right foot up on a bench. Step up with the left foot, then step back down with the left foot. The left foot is only used to stabilize; try not to rest on it. After your set, switch legs and repeat. You can hold dumbbells in your hands to make it harder, or use a higher bench. Or both!

Like the other ladies have said, squats! They really work out the tushie nicely. I also do lunges.
