Need more advice...IUI vs. IVF
We're blessed and I thank God for that.
No fertility issues for me (that I'm aware of) and none for him (his spermies were tested for motility & life span when we did sample 1 at the "bank")...
Which one do you think I should do? IVF or IUI? Insurance covers neither.

he will go through chemo right so they will need to freeze it first correct.if so my opinion is ivf...but of course its a very personal choice you both have to make together..

Yes, the "freezing" is done. Once chemo is done and over with the chances of him being sterile are high...so that's why we preserved his sperm.
But insurance doesn't cover absolutely anything...so it's all on us. I know IVF is a lot more succesful, but isn't also like 10X the cost? 
Is there a website where I can get more info?

then yes IVF is much more expensive, but also much more successful. If it were me, and I only had a limited number of chances (frozen samples) I wouldnt waste them on a 10% chance, I would go for the 50% chance. Thats my opinion, but it is a very personal one that you will need to make.
There is a website called IVF connections that may help you. I believe they even have a seperate board for situations such as yours.

Also, maybe when the time comes for you to do IVF.....your insurance will cover it. Or you can do what we are going to do, Move to NJ (where the insurance is state mandated).

And we can't move to NJ...we live in GA and just bought a house.

As a self insured company, your company was exempt from the law:
COVERAGE
Group insurers and HMOs that provide pregnancy related coverage must provide infertility treatment including, but not limited to:
artificial insemination;
assisted hatching;
diagnosis and diagnostic testing;
fresh and frozen embryo transfers;
4 completed egg retrievals per lifetime;
IVF, including IVF using donor eggs and IVF where the embryo is transferred to a gestational carrier or surrogate;
ICSI;
GIFT;
ZIFT;
medications;
ovulation induction; and
surgery, including microsurgical sperm aspiration.
The procedures must be performed at facilities that conform with ACOG and ASRM guidelines.
EXCEPTIONS
Employers with fewer than 50 employees do not have to provide coverage.
Cryoperservation is not covered.
Nonmedical costs of egg or sperm donor are not covered.
Infertility treatments that are experimental or investigational are not covered.
Does not require religious employers to cover infertility treatment.
Employers who self-insure are exempt from the requirements of the law.

Thanks...I am aware of the exceptions and loop holes which is why I stated "exceptions" to my post. Bayla is probably unaware, so thanks again.
Believe me, living in NJ has far more benefits then in TX or VA (where my husband's insurance is based out of ......the southern belt) DH is going to stay with his job and I am going to be looking for a job once we get there.
