discoloration of fur
I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on this for us. Sandy has very short hair, she is still kinda hairless from where they shaved her when she was fixed. We just noticed that her skin on her stomach has become VERY dark, almost black. It is not dirt, what else could be causing this? She is not acting sick, she is eating and playing like always. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Re: discoloration of fur
I dont think it's anything. My Louie has the same thing. It was all brown, then turned really dark. If it's not falling out, it's nothing.

Re: discoloration of fur
As they get older their hair changes...my Blue was all white...he's almost all gray now. Also, when you shave them, it grows back darker. I wouldn't worry!
