I don't know -- I looked at about 70 of the photos from the Yahoo News story today and none of them were this extreme --- actually most of the girls looked pretty normal.
And it isn't like it was on perezhilton or tmz or anything like that -- it was on Yahoo. I'm not saying that they are necessarily a reputable news source -- but I really don't think that it is altered.
Maybe she wouldn't look as bad in a different outfit --- but she is certainly very thin anyway...
You can even see it in her eyes --- her face looks unhealthy to me.

she really makes me want to go eat a sandwich. that is just sooo unhealty, how can her legs hold the rest of her body up?
someone needs to get her to a hospital b/c i know there is nothing natural about her body
