Windsor Pilates
My friend is lending me the beginner DVD and also the pre-pregnancy and during pregnancy ones too.
Anyone have great success with Pilates?? I am hoping to shed about 10 lbs.

Seems like there are different trainers on the DVD's. I wonder if the exercises are the same.

I used her tapes, they are good, but for me personally I dont have the patience to do "slow" stuff. I rather do something fast paced like Tae Bo. So I only did her tapes for a week or 2.
But I know pple who have done pilates and have had success with it.
