Eating Out
For those on WW what are some foods that actually taste good and are low in points when you eat out?
For me the weekends are the worst cuz we are never home - which means are are always eating out. I checked out dwlz.com and even the healthiest things on the menu are high in pts!
Also for those that are losing wt, do you use any or all of your flex points?
ETA: When I say eat out I mean your average spots like chilis, cheesecake factory, etc. I dont really eat fast food so thats not a problem for me.

I like to do Chinese food
Egg drop soup 1 cup = 1 pt. Hot and sour soup 1 cup = 2 pts Shrimp with broccoli 1 cup = 2 pts. White or brown rice 1 cup = 4 pts.

I eat wherever I want one night of the weekend and tend to use most of my flexpoints on that meal. I always use all of my flex points on the weekends.

Thanks, maybe I should do that try and be very good on the weekdays and one night out, treat myself and use the FP...wish it wasnt so hard though
At least now that Im eating WW chili for lunch I have more points left by dinnertime

I find it very hard to eat out and actually enjoy what's out there without going the healthy route - ya know same ol salad with dressing on the side, grilled chicken, steak and a baked potato yada yada yada

tell me about it, plus when we go out to eat, everyone else (including DH) eats all these yummy things and it really stinks to be the only one eating a bland piece of chicken or a bowl of lettuce (not that Ive been doing this lately haha) but I was at one point...I know Im only fooling myself if I dont start again though regardless of how that makes eating out soo not fun!
