How many points is a plain bagel with nothing on it? Thanks! From what I remember I think it's 8. Chat Icon

It looks like it's 3 points for a small or medium.
I don't know what that means though.

An Au Bon Pain plain bagel is 5 pts. They are pretty big.

I always count them as 6

ets: I've been having a hankering for bagels so I found thomas's light bagels and they're only 2 points, pretty big, and decent tasting (i don't like the ww bagels, they're too wierd)
