is nite time the worst?
for me nite time is awful..even tho its been yrs since my dad passed i always find that at nite when im alone with my thoughts i start thinking and the pain and grief sometimes come over me and it literally hurts--that i hafta FORCE myself not to think about it..i dread the nite b/c i hate thinking..

Yeah, sometimes when I am home alone, I will start thinking about my mom and I just fall apart.
Yes, and in the car sometimes too.
Sometimes it's cathartic for me - sometimes it's just too exhausting and hurts too much.

Night time for me, too... now that I'm a mom myself (and a new one, at that) I find myself wanting her to be around during those long evening/early morning hours - it's the loneliest part of the day and I'm alone with my thoughts... and babies.

when I get very tired or run down seems to be when I am overcome with sadness. It's not every single day but a lot more frequently lately. I almost feel like I am in mourning again.
