PCOS

Quick question for you ladies diagnosed with PCOS. My RE did a transvaginal sono and saw a few small cysts on my ovaries (I happened to be on my 2nd peak day from my CBEFM). He suggested that I may have PCOS especially since I didn't ovulate until day 21 last month. I thought this kind of weird because my GYN whom I go to every 6 months never suspected this. I ovulate every month usually day 16-18, get AF regulary and my FSH level is 3.4. Last month I was kind of stressed more than usual so I attributed that to the ovulating later than usual. I have had cysts in the past but they always end up going away on their own. I thought PCOS symptoms would typically be irregular AF. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks?
