Cooking Light Magazine
For the last year, I have been getting Cooking Light and I LOVE IT!
I pick recipes and Phil makes them, LOL!
It really is a great magazine and there are a ton of recipes we have found that we love and out in our recipe box.
Oven fried chicken is one of them. 
If you are looking for a magazine with heathly recipes, I suggest this one.

I agree, this is a great magazine!! I used to get it when I was married and cooked real meals....maybe one day I will subscribe again!
Yes, you can buy this in the store...but it's a much better deal to subscribe.

It's one of my favorite magazines, because it also has other types of articles.
The recipes are good - lighter but still full of flavor and no one would guess they are "light" recipes.
