pcos with regular cycles

I have regular cycles and have been regular since first getting it at 16. My doctor thinks I may have pcos. Does anyone have pcos and regular cycles? I was under the assumption that is you get your period every month you must be ovulating. I am trying opks this month just to see. Any comments or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

I was told that you can actually have blood flow (af type symptoms) without ovulating.

Your 3day bloodwork and sonogram will give you indicators as to whether or not you suffer from PCOS.
