Hello,

Just an FYI for anyone covered under NYC employee benefits (i.e., NYPD). I just found out that the medication (injectibles) is not covered through the union's prescription plan, but IS covered through the PICA plan (which you get through the city).

I had no idea about the PICA plan, so I was prepared to shell out the money out of pocket.

I just thought this might benefit someone else who is in the same boat.
