Anyone have a suggestion for ground turkey?
DH is on Atkins, so turkey meatloaf is out, so are turkey meatballs (he can't have sauce).
I am SO sick of turkey burgers!!!!!

How about turkey meatloaf...just skip the breadcrumbs and use shredded cheese?
Also...I used to brown it up...add a little taco seasoning and then put it in a bowl loaded with sour cream and cheese...yum! You can even roll it in lettuce for a wrap.

Make turkey meatballs, but add some ground beef to it as well. CHanges the flavor up.

he can't have beans during the induction phase. he's officialy done with that phase now, but he said he wants to continue it M-F and do phase 2 on weekends.
I don't know how he does it

When I was on atkins - I did this at least once a week! I'd usually save my three cups of salad for this meal and make it a taco salad - loved this!!
