freaking out - HELP!
i ordered from VS catalog on sunday - i called them today because i was supposed to get express 2 day shipping and i havent receoved the package or a ship confirmation.
the lady said it was delivered to my home - when it was supposed 2b shipped to my job! so i called UPS to see if they can come late tonight when someone might actually be home - and they have it being left @ the front door and signed for by - ME!! I WASNT EVEN THERE!!
now - do you think the UPS man did that - even though i have no idea who he is?? or did someone rob me???
to boot - i have no car right now - i cant even swing past home and check - WHAT DO I DO??

In all likelihood the UPS man signed for it and left it at your door. Don't panic.

i called management office - asked them to get this package out of the rain and off my steps.
the woman called back and said security found NOTHING on my steps.
so now UPS is investigating. they said the driver would not sign my name - so they also think someone signed for and took my package.
i just now hope it is not a neighbor that i never met thinking they were doing somethng nice for me.

It could be your neighbore. I did that for our neighbore once and we never met them. But they came home a few minutes after FedEx came.
Otherwise I would fight with UPS and get them to reimburse you for whatever you bought. I had this problem with DHL but it was documents for work .
