Mexico

We're thinking of going in late February and I'm not sure where to go. I've been to Cancun and I've heard Cabo can attract a much younger crowd so I'm not sure I want to go to either of those. Anyone ever been to Playa del Carmen or Acapulco?

If considering Playa del Carmen, which is where DH and I went for our HM, I highly recommend Royal Hideaway I can't say enough things about this place. Adults only, all inclusive, 5 star (one of the few in the world that are AI & 5 *) 4 Diamond...I can go on and on. Just heaven!

Thanks! I was actually looking at that place yesterday and it looks AWESOME. It's a little more than we wanted to spend so I found another resort that's quite a bit cheaper but still looks very nice and is 4 star. It's called Royal Porto. You dont happen to know anything about that one, do you?

If you can ever swing it, go to Royal Hideaway. DH and I can't wait to go back!!

I don't know anything about Royal Porto. But I always read all the reviews on TripAdvisor and judging from the few posts I read, it sounds like a nice place.

You can't beat Playacar.
