fleas?? how do you get rid of them??

Okay so we took Tiger to the vet because he had these scabs on his neck. They disappear and have come back. Now we thought it was from him and Rocky playing, but OH NO. It's fleas!!!

So how do we get rid of them??? We just moved into our new house too! We got frontline for both the cats, my husband is going to bomb the house, we'll take the dyson and vacuum the cr*p out of the carpet upstairs and wash everything. But is there anything else? I feel like once you get them... there's no way to get rid of them!!!

we had this issue too.
We basically did the frontline on the 3 cats and the dog...

Then we washed EVERYTHING the dogs or cats had contact with, including all our bedding, sheets , things they laid on etc...

We went to Petco and bought two bottles of the spray flea killer and a powder one . MAKE SURE its the one that kills larve and eggs.

Vaccumming wont kill them.

Get Moth balls or crystals and put them into the vaccuum, they will kill them....

We then put the powder form corner to corner in the living rooms, bed rooms, and dining room and kitchen corners...and lightly on the couches and chairs........let it sit for about 1-2 hours ....

We then vaccummed the entire house VERY WELL ...

That solved it for us.

And we had been trying everything.

It took a whole days worth of work, but worth it to get rid of them for good...and we only had a small problem.

Like the dog would have 1-3 fleas on her, but keep coming back.

Keep all the pets on frontline... as the fleas bite the pets, they will die and they cant keep breeding if they are dead. Sorry to hear this!
