WP points ranges: 20 point range (under 150 lbs.): 20, 24, 22, 20, 25, 21, 35 22 point range (151-175 lbs.): 22, 26, 24, 22, 27, 23, 37 24 point range (176-200 lbs.): 24, 28, 26, 24, 29, 25, 39
BASIC RECOMMENDED STANDARD ADVICE FOR NEWBIES:
"SHD" means Super High Day. And it means just that--yes, you have to eat all those points!! All of them!
Stick to the plan for at least three weeks to give it a chance to work. Not everyone will see a loss the first week, but nearly everyone will have a satisfactory aggregate loss by week three. Don't eat your AP's, but of course earn them. If you earn a LOT of AP's, and are hungry, ask for some advice about that here. Stick to the points like glue. Base your SHD on your life, not your WI. You can start the plan any day; just count backwards from your SHD and do the accordant points the day you want to begin. Enjoy the plan! It is okay to eat something "special" or treat-like on your SHD. Eat every single point on your SHD, every single one! Do not expect miracles, but do expect to have a little fun.
And listen: NO guilt allowed when following the points schedule on the Wendie Plan. It does NOT take you over your Daily Target Points + 35 Weekly Allowance Points. Yes, it works. Yes, you will lose if you follow the points schedule exactly WITHOUT tweaking. Yes, you may have an occasional gain as you will on any other weight loss plan. That's life. If you're into guilt, you're in the wrong place, because there's no need. Eat to live! And please: enjoy every ding-dang bite.

This is a weird question, but do you have to start on the first number and continue in order - or can you start anywhere as long as you do it for a week and eat the prescribed amount of points - ok - I know I sound confusing...let's say the wendie plan #'s for the week are
22, 26, 24, 22, 27, 23, 37
Do I have to start on the 22 and then got to 26 and so on - or can I start on 23, make the second day of my week the high day (37) and do it like that - kwim? Sorry If this is confusing
