Is it a soft bag or hard one? The reason i ask is because i have a soft one like it and cant stand it because it doesnt keep its shape and my suff always bends it it....KWIM?

I think i have that bag in brown - is it from Old Navy??
It's an ok bag. I use it to bring my lunch, etc. I wish the handles were longer.

I thought the same thing. A lot of diaper bags are quilted like that. I like it though.
