I check my student's IEP's on them but I have never entered anything into there. I am not a special education teacher though

Our school district is having us (special ed.) comment on each students' goal. We have to write two to three sentences. I have 15 contact students and some have 20 goals!

Are you a special ed teacher? Are these your IEP Responsible Students? I'm a special ed teacher... Let me know if you have any specific questions...
Our "season" is coming up... we actually have to CREATE the IEPs. I feel your pain!  I actually don't mind it though... It's the WJIII Testing that becomes tedious...

Annual reviews are coming, and we start 2007-2008 drafts with goals.
I am on IEP direct all the time. I have 13 mandated students for socialization and I do Social Histories for initial referrals.

We use IEP direct in my district. For quarterly progress reports we need to address each goal but we don't have to comment on each. We each have about 15- 20 students we are responsible for.
Like others have said, the busy season is coming. We begin writing IEPs for Annual Reviews in 2 weeks.
