Girly Question
how long before you get youre monthly 'friend' do you get bloated???
or crampy??
usually i just get it the night before, but this time its weird. ive been like this a couple of days and i get nervous that i'm PG! its probably just different cuz i went off the pill, but just curious.

starts about 4 days before, I feel so gross, and everything is wrong. Clothes too tight, hair won't do anything, and face breaks out.

I usually feel achy a couple of days before and maybe a little crampy a day or two before.

everyone is different BUT I usually get bloated and PMSy anywhere from a week to 10 days BEFORE AF ARRIVES
Jess, it could very well be that yoru cycle will be a little differnet this month if you just came off BC pills.. I wouldn't worry TOO much , often cyles are a little wacky until your body regulates itself and you get AF on its own again

DH knows when it's coming too because I get really cranky and complain a lot....LOL

i get bitchy and cranky about 2 weeks before and it lasts for like 2-4 days.. i have no idea why.. and then i get bloated for like 2-3 days before.

mine was normally only 1 or 2 days before, but just this month something must have changed, bc I was getting the worst cramps, blaoting, mood swings, back pains and headaches a full week and a half before AF was due, and I seriously thought I was PG! AF came along as usual, but needless to say that prior to her arrival, I was in a bit of a tizzy!
it varies with everyone though, and from what I just went through, I learned that it's never set in stone either.

i get crampy the week before but sometimes if after my monthly too! i think i may have a cyst on my overies i have to go to the gyno. i am not happy i am actually very scared!
