Re: Food question....
Usually marinade it in Ken's light italian dressing & put it on the BBQ or George Forman grill. When I'm being healthy I spray it with those new spray salad dressings, so good!

Re: Food question....
I say "Honey, can you grill some chicken for dinner?".....
I don't cook, and DW is a great cook, so neither one of us really wants me to cook....

Re: Food question....
I like to marinate it in whatever I have in my fridge either overnight or for the day, then sometimes I microwave it for maybe 5 minutes, then I put in on the BBQ for like 4 minutes on each side, then its nice and juicy inside!!!

Re: Food question....
I have about 10 different marinades that I use. Mainly Lawry's but I like those square bottles (i don't know the brand) that are on sale 2 for $5 sometimes.

Re: Food question....
winter time i sprinkle them with oil then cajun seasoning. i throw them in a hot cast iron pan and blacken each side quickly
then i broil them for 4-5 minutes per side
summer ill use all different kinds of marinades- the packet ones work gret that you mix with oil- then i throw them on the bbq

Ditto. Our favorites are Italian dressing, or minced garlic and fresh lemon juice. The garlic and lemon is great with angel hair pasta with garlic & oil (as long as you're doing garlic, go all the way, right?).

Re: Food question....
Marinade it in Italian dressing or Seasonings and Oil and Balsamic Vinegar.
