Strollers
Can everyone share which stroller they registered for? How do you know which brand to go with? I am so confused.

Re: Strollers
Best thing is to go with what you like. If you go for a travel system make sure that the carrier has the 5pt harness. I got an Evenflo Aura travel system. The brand doesn't matter. Britex cost alot more then evenflo, graco, and other brands. The main differance is the color schemes. It all just falls back to your taste and what you like.

Re: Strollers
I picked the Bumbleride Flyer. Easy to use, great quality, easy adjustable and reversible to other position so baby faces you. So many features. Great maneuverabilty. I also wanted a full reclineable seat to flat position.
Check www.baby-gaga.com for reviews on different strollers.

Re: Strollers
Graco Metrolite -- I loved the way it handled. And the Graco Snugride car seat.
Britax Marathon for when baby gets bigger.

same here. i went to buy buy baby over the weekend with dh and we looked at a lot of strollers...i was totally willing to register for some ridiculously expensive stroller, but all the cute ones were difficult to handle. the metrolite was so easy to open and close and it is light in weight (obviously) - both very important things to me.

Re: Strollers
I have changed my mind a gazillion times. I finally ended up with the Baby Trend travel system. It is highly rated & weighs less than the Graco (which is why I changed). I originally had registered fro the Britax, but after seeing how the new base busted up at higher speeds I decided that was not good for me since most of my driving is on the LIE.
I did still register for the Britax convertible for the next stage though, as those are still very highly rated.

Re: Strollers
We haven't registered for a stroller yet so I'm also looking for ideas. When he's an infant, we are going to use our infant car seat with the stroller attachment as a stroller when he is an infant and pick out a bigger stroller when he is about 5-6 mos. We registered for the Snugride Infant Car Seat by Graco.

I registered for the Snap N Go for the Snugride as well as the Peg Perego Pliko P3 (the Snugride also fits into it which I really like).
