maybe EVERYONE should stop being so sensitive...whether you're spending the money or NOT spending the money....just enjoy the clothes.
that's my point- who cares what something costs- clothes are suppose to be fun
ETA- this really a spin off to 2 posts from yesterday- the Fashion VS Function
and then the are you materialistc post that someone started on NFR

That's not entirely true--
I've see the judgements go both ways:
the "omg how could you sepnd so much $ on those Jeans/shoes/bags, etc"
& the "eww, you got those shoes at Payless?"
But I agree--no need for either on the fashion board.

yay or nay is not about judgement, its about opinion
But I am judging something when I'm giving an opinion on it so technically it's the same thing, is it not? Maybe I'm not judging that person, but I am judging that item.

I don't know I just like to look at the clothes, shoes, and bags people post. I don't really care what the label or price tag says. Thats what this bored is all about, IMO.
And honestly, I really don't see many people passing judgemnents around here. I can think of one instance a few weeks ago, but it certainly isn't a regular occurance.

i think if u can afford a pair of jeans for 250, so be it
even if i was making lots o dough..i would still look for the same jeans in a "fake" (haha tricia) store on myrtle avenue

same here, always looking for a bargain. i also have so many coupons to so many stores in my wallet  i just bought a down jacket that was originally $220 and got if for $60 with the sale and my coupons, i got a total high! DH makes fun of me

WHAT?!!
You know how many posts I have seen talking about how "cheap" payless shoes are and that "I would never walk around with a bag that came from Target" I have seen on here.
I agree that the some opinions on here may offend some people, but that statement is just ridiculous!
Oh man! If thats true ....I shouldnt post what clothes I get for s steal at ...(gasp) Wal-Mart!!!!
